NJ Self-Directed Supports Conference: Broadening Our Vision
The 2013 NJ Self-Directed Supports Conference seeks to showcase promising innovative practices of other states, countries, and those being developed in New Jersey. The NJ Self-Directed Supports Conference is a fun and welcoming place to learn and share experiences related to self-direction. It is a place to share successes and struggles from all perspectives, whether you are someone purchasing supports, a family member, or provider organization. Individuals and organizations not yet involved with self-directed supports are highly encouraged to come and learn more.

Registration Instructions:
- The conference is free of charge except for the Friday night dinner dance. Space is limited and registration is required. Registration deadline: April 26, 2013.
- Please complete a registration form (found in the conference brochure) for each person who will attend. If you need more forms, go to: http://rwjms.umdnj.edu/boggscenter or call Debbie Mahovetz at The Boggs Center.
- The Boggs Center will send a confirmation letter to all registrants. If you think you are registered and have not received a confirmation letter by May 10, 2013, please contact Debbie Mahovetz.
